Position Title: Sr. Payroll Analyst (Dayforce)
Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN
A Day in the Life
The Sr. Payroll Analyst is responsible for the processing and support of payroll for the US & Mexico. This position will partner with the HR technology team and payroll vendor to increase efficiencies and continuously improve payroll processing processes for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate & timely payroll processing for approximately 300 employees across the US (biweekly) & Mexico (monthly) with the potential for additional countries in the future.
- Accountable for ensuring accurate & timely payroll tax payments and associated filings.
- Support payroll inquiries from HR, Managers, Employees, Accounting, our payroll vendor, payroll tax authorities, and others.
- Design, document and implement payroll-related processes to improve accuracy & efficiencies.
- Manage the commission calculations process, ensuring accurate & timely payments to eligible employees.
- Lead payroll-related year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Leave Administration for US employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years relevant experience or advanced degree and 2 years of experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with US tax payments & filing.
- Experience with Dayforce (Ceridian).
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional).
- Payroll accounting experience.
