Compensation: Earn 75% commission on all self-generated deals; Earn 50% on all company-provided leads; In-house processing M-F.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business.
- Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines.
- Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements.
- Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision.
- Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines.
- Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.
- Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred.
Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly commission based.
