Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystJob Description
This role oversees the development, installation, and ongoing preparation of risk-based reporting structures for the lending areas of the credit union. You will assist with the timely preparation and analysis of month-end closings and financial reports, input Asset Liability data to ALM model, and produce reports for the monthly ALCO committee meeting. You will also be responsible for the administration of Third-Party Vendor Management and the Current Expected Credit Losses software. Additionally, you will act as a staff liaison to state and federal examiners and outside CPA firm auditors, assist in the preparation of the annual budget, and perform various complex financial analyses with accompanying reports to Senior Management and the Board.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
- B.S. degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of progressive accounting data analytics and ALM experience in a financial institution, preferably a credit union.
- Extensive knowledge of financial and data analysis and PC programs.
- Ability to lead and cooperate with others, inspire confidence, and work effectively with a management team.
- Organized and efficient.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced degree or CPA designation desirable.
- Experience with asset liability management, ALM, asset-liability committee, accounting, general ledger, journal entry, month-end close, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and vendor management.
- Experience with ProfitStar and Abrigo is preferred.
- Open to profiles from operational accounting and financial analysis backgrounds.
