Camber Corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Regional Property Manager. This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our office and Property Management Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for residents' requests, concerns, and comments.
- Updates and maintains all marketing sites for all locations.
- Training staff as-needed on or off site.
- Maintains updates for Yardi and assists the team with any questions or concerns.
- Maintains Accounting Ledgers.
- Review commission spreadsheet to confirm accuracy.
- Handles AMEX reconciliation monthly.
- Maintains property monthly calendars for the team.
- Review, approve, and train team on security deposit disposition report (SODA).
- Updates Policy & Procedure books (property level) as needed.
- Prepare and maintain updates for all Safety Books on-site.
- Coordinate with accounting for any invoice or documentation requests.
- Handle bank deposits as needed for payment collection.
- Assist at other properties as assigned.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software; Yardi experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in property management.
