Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, with a strong background in process improvement and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in senior leadership roles.
- Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in change management practices and techniques is highly desirable.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $150,130.00 - $164,235.00 per year
