Role Overview:
Join our clients Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as an IAM Analyst II, where you will leverage your expertise to enhance and mature our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes. This role involves administering and developing IAM-related projects, focusing on automation and reporting to drive operational efficiencies across various applications and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development: Administer and develop IAM projects, including new product designs to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers, product owners, and external partners to understand access requirements and build effective IAM solutions.
- Engineering and Coding: Engineer and implement IAM technologies and workflows.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and serve as a technology expert within the Production Automation team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years with IAM software and systems, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Cloud IAM practices.
- Technical Skills: Solid programming knowledge in one or more languages and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including testing and code review.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with SailPoint or similar platforms, Agile methodologies, DevOps concepts, and ITIL practices.
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree.
