Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate
This prestigious full-service law firm, located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with a specialty in Commercial Real Estate. The role involves handling complex, large-scale commercial real estate transactions that include acquisitions, developments, financing deals, and more. As a key member of the team, you will ensure top-tier legal service delivery by managing all contract negotiations, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes necessary for facilitating successful closings. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, where team members are committed to delivering exceptional results for an esteemed clientele.
Compensation: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate intricate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents in large-scale transactions.
- Manage comprehensive due diligence processes to evaluate risks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, peers, and external parties, to facilitate smooth transaction closings.
- Provide strategic legal advice on various aspects of commercial real estate deals to protect clients' interests and facilitate growth.
- Ensure all processes are executed with a high degree of accuracy and in accordance with firm policies and legal standards.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings to keep abreast of market trends and to share knowledge and insights.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar admission.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling large-scale real estate transactions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate finance and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

- Experience in a full-service law firm environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful deal closures in commercial real estate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
