G6 Technologies is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team on-site. As an essential part of a complex organizational structure, you’ll play a critical role in managing financial accuracy and compliance across multiple interconnected entities. In this role, you will oversee detailed accounting operations, ensuring that financial information is captured accurately and timely to support key business functions. G6 Technologies is the technological backbone for our affiliated companies, providing financial clarity and technical support to maximize efficiency, growth, and accountability within the network. You’ll be working closely with leadership to manage the intricacies of multi-entity financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Conduct and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for G6 Technologies and related entities, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial statements that reflect a complex inter-company structure.
- Analytical Review: Perform in-depth analysis of financial results, identifying trends, potential discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Lead the preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliations, focusing on inter-company accounts and adjustments across multiple entities to ensure accurate financial alignment.
- Audit & Compliance: Serve as the primary on-site resource for internal and external audits. Prepare comprehensive documentation and analysis for auditors, supporting compliance across entities.
- Policy Development & Documentation: Collaborate with finance leadership to develop, maintain, and enforce key accounting policies and procedures. Ensure consistency and transparency across entities while adhering to GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Risk Management & Process Improvement: Identify and evaluate risks within accounting processes and collaborate on strategies for mitigation. Lead projects focused on enhancing efficiencies, implementing best practices, and supporting organizational compliance.
- Special Projects & System Implementations: Lead and participate in special projects, including ERP enhancements, process automations, and other initiatives critical to scalability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting, ideally within a multi-entity or complex corporate structure.
- Strong foundation in GAAP, with the ability to navigate multi-company consolidations and inter-company accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and financial analysis tools (experience with Power BI, Alteryx a plus).
- High level of detail orientation, analytical mindset, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English essential for coordinating across teams.
