Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Live Energy Connect Specialist with over 10+ years of expertise in Oracle Live Energy Connect using ICCP.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience working with ISOs.
- 3+ years of AIX/Unix experience.
- 3+ years of experience with agile technologies and the Jira tool.
- Preferred experience in Unix/Windows scripting and Python.
- Preferred experience with SCADA systems, including large-scale systems and various field device connections.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical and functional contributions to application development teams.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and enhance new or existing systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems and prepare detailed specifications for program development.
- Apply appropriate development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology.
- Collaborate continuously with Business Systems Analysts, technical team members, Scrum Masters, and Technology Managers.
- Participate in ticket management and resolution processes, including receiving, resolving, monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively on large-scale projects.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of and document the solutions being delivered.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
