Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a human resources professional to be part of our Recruitment Team. As a Human Capital Management Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
creating and posting positions, managing job postings and tracking applicants.
conducting initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications for open positions
extending job offers to successful candidates and onboarding new hires
providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback

Qualifications
3 yrs. exp. in human resources.
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.
- Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
