The Enterprise Portfolio Management - Senior Investment Analyst assists in the development and communication of investment strategy and portfolio management activities for general account, separate account and third-party multi-asset class portfolios. The role is directly involved in supporting cross market relative value analysis, interest rate positioning, asset allocation and monitoring of performance and compliance within investment policies and guidelines for client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works independently and has limited oversight. Has an experienced understanding of relative value, interest rate risk management, asset allocation and performance and attribution.
- Provides input into the development of cross market relative value, duration and curve positioning and overall asset allocation decisions to achieve multiple client objectives and outperform benchmarks and peers.
- Gathers, analyzes, monitors, and disseminates quantitative and qualitative data about the macroeconomic and market trends as well as the various asset classes, including government securities, spread product, equities, currencies, and alternatives.
- Develops and maintains financial models to provide critical signals and insights in rates, bonds and equities in both domestic and international markets.
- Monitor general account portfolio performance, cashflows and asset allocation, providing analytical and administrative support to portfolio managers.
- Monitor policy limits, risk guidelines and tracks supportable rates.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal business partners to help ensure effective development, communication and execution of investment strategy.
- May communicate investment strategy with internal business partners.
- Prepares materials and reporting to facilitate communication of investment strategy.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree. MBA, MS or MA in business administration, economics, finance, or CFA preferred.
Experience: 4 to 7 years of investment experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

- Command of research skills necessary to analyze financial market and macroeconomic trends.
- Strong functional capability with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Bloomberg, thinkFolio.
