Position Overview: As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales and service teams. You’ll play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn and grow within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set appointments for sales and service teams
- Engage with customers professionally, providing accurate information on dealership offerings
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments in coordination with department managers
- Track and manage all leads, updating the CRM system regularly
- Provide a positive customer experience that aligns with our dealership’s values
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless communication
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center or automotive environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
