You Must Have:
- Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work Saturdays when required
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Preferred
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers on service drive and discussing repair needs
- Creating work orders and communicating specifics to technicians for repairs
- Discussing repair needs and costs with customers to get approvals
- Keeping in contact with customers to make sure they are up to date on their repair situation
- Ability to juggle dozens of customers/repairs at one time. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Must have clear understanding of vehicle repairs and be able to communicate those repairs clearly and concisely to the customers.
- Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
