Job Description
Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and positive individual with great organizational and communication skills to join our team as a Revenue Cycle Specialist. This position is responsible for tracking and maintaining the revenue cycle including claim submission, payment, and accounts receivable. This is a career track position with opportunities for growth within the organization and its other entities.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting claims
- Checking eligibility
- Reviewing and appealing any and all unpaid or underpaid claims
- Submitting and responding to billing inquiries
- Providing supporting documents
This position requires strong communication and customer service skills to work with internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No experience required
