Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Creating deal/development files and managing vendors and some tenants
- Provide administrative support to our executive, including managing the project calendar, general project coordination, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Basic financial tracking of expense billings
- Assist with creating and maintaining checklists/systems of real estate development projects, including preparing project documentation, managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders, and tracking project progress
- Prepare and edit documents, emails, correspondence, and reports, and maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports related to real estate development, including project proposals, financial analyses, and investment summaries
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing files
- Assist with marketing and advertising activities for real estate development projects, including creating marketing materials, coordinating with marketing teams, and managing project websites and social media accounts
- Coordinate and organize events, such as project site visits, investor meetings, and team meetings
- Anticipate the needs of the President of the company
Qualifications:
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
Compensation:
$23 - $28 hourly
