Hemphill has been hired by a well-respected leader in the agriculture and commodity trading industry to identify an Accounting Specialist / Merchandising Assistant to join their team. A few of the core duties on your plate will include:
- Accounts Payable processing - problem solving on complex invoices and coding to the General Ledger
- Creating grain receipts and creating sales invoices as you partner with the grain traders and logistics team
- Client Billing & Accounts Receivable – analysis of client agreements, structuring of invoices, and account reconciliations
