We have an exciting opportunity to join the SIU team as an Internal SIU Supervisor! As an Internal SIU Supervisor, you will direct and supervise Internal Security Investigators and/or independent investigators in the sound resolution of questionable claims. This is a Remote position. Responsibilities include conducting investigations of suspected fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, evaluating information to determine its credibility, and training staff on technical and procedural matters.
The shift schedule is Saturday through Wednesday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone.
Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states.
Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve complex business problems and handle complicated customer issues.
Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
Must have the following education and experience:
Completion of Supervisor Foundations/HR courses (level 1).
For departments without a leadership program available or for those locations where leadership program participants are not available due to location, you must complete Level 1 within 90 days of entering a supervisor position.
Annual Salary: $78,000.00 - $121,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
