Caliber is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the growth of their Corporate Development Team and strategies. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a company consistently adding over 100 locations per year across multiple business units. Experience communicating and interacting with operations/business stakeholders is a plus. This role includes high visibility to cross functional departments and strong growth opportunities within the organization.
Develop five-year forecasts for acquisition, greenfield, and brownfield growth opportunities
Work closely with operations to develop growth strategies, plans, and reporting on the historical financial performance of prior year acquisitions
Provide real estate, facilities, and integrations with decision support related to capital expenditures projects, lease renewals, and the relative impact to the ROI
Develop supporting analyses and financial models to support strategic initiatives
Own monthly reporting of new center budgets and the impact to Caliber’s fiscal year plan
Provide guidance and decision support to corporate development team with ROI analysis
Other duties and ad-hoc analyses as required
Skill/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Excel-based reporting tools a plus (Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft Reporting Services, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Comfortable in a high growth atmosphere
- Clear understanding of Finance methodologies, concepts and principles.
- Possess an understanding of general accounting concepts
