Senior Family Risk Advisor
As a Senior Family Risk Advisor, you will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and deepening customer engagements through community involvement and strategic networking. This role is pivotal in creating tailored risk management solutions that align with client needs, driving both retention and acquisition.
In this hybrid position, you will not only maintain relationships but also develop new ones by being actively present in the community, analyzing market trends, and leveraging your expertise to offer comprehensive solutions.
You will report to the Branch Sales Manager.
Position Compensation Range:
Pay Rate Type: Hourly
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Base pay is $28/hour and this position is also eligible for monthly incentives and annual bonus based on performance.
Primary Accountabilities
- Develop and implement community-focused strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Enhance customer engagement through strategic relationship management and personalized service.
- Analyze community needs to identify new opportunities for risk management solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and community involvement.
- Drive initiatives for product development based on community feedback and market demands.
- Lead digital transformation efforts within the community engagement framework.
- Pilot new technologies and processes to enhance customer interaction and service delivery.
- Represent the company in major community events and facilitate high-level interactions.
- Be a visible leader in the community, driving growth and establishing trust.
- Shape our community engagement strategies and contribute to policy development.
- Thrive in a role that takes you out from behind the desk and into the heart of the community.
- Spearhead digital initiatives and leverage technology to enhance engagement and service delivery.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
- Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
Licenses
- Valid driver’s license required plus an acceptable driving record.
- Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products: Property and Casualty, (personal lines authority does not qualify) Life and Health.
- Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s). Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: St. Paul, MN Office (Falcon Heights, MN)
