We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mass Timber Manager to join our team and lead our mass timber projects to success.
Job Summary: The Mass Timber Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mass timber construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of mass timber technology, market, project management expertise, and a commitment to sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the process from design assist to the job-site delivery of mass timber projects while having a passion for sustainable building practices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mass timber construction projects from design-assist to completion.
- Train, coach, and mentor the RedBuilt technical sales, design, and project management teams on the mass timber sales process.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee and manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting processes as necessary to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on mass timber construction methods and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and documentation to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with experience in mass timber projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, finance, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven ability to understand and interpret financial reports.
- Ability to translate financial concepts to individuals at all levels within the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of mass timber technology, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting products and addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible building practices.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, PE) are a plus.
