Job Description
Our client is an established Insurance company in Omaha and is looking to bring on a talented and experienced Financial Reporting Accountant that brings skills carved out in an insurance company prior, or coming directly from a public accounting firm that serves Insurance companies. This role will be challenging and rewarding and provide an amazing opportunity for advancement.
What Matters Most
- Annual base salary of up to $100,000 per year
- Direct Hire opportunity in a growth organization
- Fully onsite role
- Located near Midtown Omaha
Your New Role
In this role you will be a key player in all regulatory reporting that is unique to the insurance world where accounting transactions can often be very complex. You will also work regularly on traditional financial reporting and be part of a team that pitches in to make sure the whole team stays up to speed.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
- Must have experience as a public auditor serving insurance companies OR directly from another Insurance company as an Accountant specializing in financial reporting
- Prefer experience with Workday Financials
