Job Description:
About the Role
As a Sr. Business Analyst, you are a growing leader helping a global team of Sr. Product Managers, that forms a bridge between our business users and stakeholders and the development and technical support teams located in the US and APAC. Your area of responsibility will initially cover the United States focusing on enhancing one of the highest digital platforms at this Company. Together with your Product Managers, delivery team, and stakeholders, you help gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure that delivery is according to the aligned roadmap maximizing the value that the platform brings to its users. In your capacity as a local technology representative, you support the Customer Success Management team in rolling out the platform and/or new features to the new markets and/or user communities.
Key Responsibilities
The role has multiple responsibilities:
- Assist Product Managers with Stakeholder Management (business, development, executive sponsors, etc.)
- Deploy user-centric product development approach to perform market research, requirements discovery, prototyping, and feedback for further improvements
- Perform product demonstrations and product technical presentations
- Assist with backlog management and prioritization
- Help define and own product roadmaps, feature roadmaps, and success criterion
- Create, understand and document the enhancement requests for assigned markets
- Groom support tickets and user stories with development/support team
- Participate in scrum ceremonies (daily stand up, demos, review)
- Help facilitate test cases and perform high-level system testing prior to releasing the features to the users
- Operational Excellence
- Organize a day-to-day operating practice for the Product Management team
- Ensure alignment with Global Product Team on ways of working
- Build artifacts on best practices to support the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities, including documenting relevant business processes
- Educate our developers and all the non-customer facing stakeholders on the market conditions, customer personas, and expectations
Person Specification/Requirements
The individual must be both an analytical and strategic thinker who can solve issues as well as build processes for growth. The individual will need to be hands-on and work closely across all levels in the company, including senior management.
The person needs to have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working within a product management team
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a large matrix organization
- Basic knowledge of agile software development processes
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem offerings is a plus
- Hands-on experience in writing user stories and creating support tickets
- Willingness to work very closely with the development team including reviewing test cases, technology solutions, and participation in scrum ceremonies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the Real Estate business is an advantage
