Purpose of Position
The Senior Analyst, Owner Insight will enable us to provide exceptional experiences via the critical management of projects related to Owner Insight that increases the visibility of Owner data to improve the overall business knowledge and landscape. The Senior Analyst of Owner Insight will report and collaborate with the Program Manager of Owner Data, leadership, and other cross-functional teams to identify solutions focused on improving daily operations within Owner Insight. The position will function as the implementation lead of Owner Insight project initiatives and technology enhancement. This will be a heavily project management focused position with high level visibility to leaders, so communication and presentation skills are highly recommended. An expanded knowledge of all NetJets business areas (globally), being able to execute with autonomy while seeking new opportunities to drive change, and leading with authenticity and respect are essential to be successful in this role.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- 25% Owner data liaison on major initiatives such as Owner Experience Map with a focus on improving our Owner data across the organization.
- 20% Lead, coordinate and execute build with IT and the business on current Owner data fields and clean-up efforts. Understands all profile sources and can work within each proficiently.
- 15% Supports vendor relationships in collaboration with Procurement. Manages necessary uploads with Data Governance.
- 10% Lead the change management communications development representing the Owner data strategy
- 10% Perform analytical tasks such as creating automated reports in Tableau, Salesforce or other applications for business use. Maintain a company-wide dashboard with KPI’s that align with NetJets strategy to hold the business accountable.
- 10% Provides awareness through department interactions to any issues that may affect the team’s ability to report on profile insights
- 5% Trains new or current Owner Insight team members on how to preform Owner profile tasks
- 5% Understands where Owner Insight information is used and displayed to internal stakeholders. Has a deeper knowledge of the IT interfaces and capabilities. i.e. Merge Tool, Duplicates.
Education
Bachelor's in Business or Marketing
Master's in Computer Science or related field
