Hybrid workforce: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.
Job Summary: The Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with the EVP of Operations and support the Revenue Cycle Management team. This position will be the strategic thought partner to the EVP of Operations and work on optimizing operations at Experity. Success of this position depends on being able to interpret financial and operational data and draw conclusions, not just compile numbers. This position will be expected to take complex information and communicate and present findings in a way that is easy to digest and understand. Part of this role will also be anticipating long-term challenges and trends, understanding implications of decisions and being able to translate ideas and concepts into practical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Annual Planning process for your business units financial and strategic plan.
- Work with Revenue Cycle Management leaders to optimize operations.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor performance in the business.
- Lead projects that provide new information to business leaders and gives confidence in the decision-making process.
- Be an evangelist of data-driven decision-making.
- Successfully collaborate with many different stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions needed to meet their business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge and decision support.
- Manage special projects such as strategic planning, business case preparation and M&A support.
- Ensure alignment between operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Review, analyze and ensure quality of operational data.
- Work with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and support.
- Gather, consolidate and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with Revenue and Costs.
- Maintain monthly reporting materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Understanding of general financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Required:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, Intacct and Tableau (Or Similar Product).
Preferred:
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management.
- Experience working at a SaaS company.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, Power Query, PowerPivot).
