Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Analyzing and resolving deductions taken by customers on payments such as chargebacks, returns, promotional allowances, and other discrepancies.
- Working closely with internal teams and external customers to address and resolve deduction issues.
- Generating reports on deduction activities and trends.
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and provide insights that can help in improving processes and reducing future deductions.
Qualifications
We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively by investigating all aspects of a deduction and identifying the best solutions.
- Being meticulous in tracking down and resolving deduction issues, ensuring no aspect is overlooked.
- Ability to maintain a comprehensive and systematic record of all deductions and resolutions.
