Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

Analyzing and resolving deductions taken by customers on payments such as chargebacks, returns, promotional allowances, and other discrepancies.
Working closely with internal teams and external customers to address and resolve deduction issues.
Generating reports on deduction activities and trends.
Analyzing data to identify patterns and provide insights that can help in improving processes and reducing future deductions.

Qualifications

We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively by investigating all aspects of a deduction and identifying the best solutions.
Being meticulous in tracking down and resolving deduction issues, ensuring no aspect is overlooked.
Ability to maintain a comprehensive and systematic record of all deductions and resolutions.
