We generally accomplish our work within a 40-hour work week. We currently have no one working 45 hours regularly. Our workload is structured so that we do not have a "busy season." We are a unique audit and accounting firm with expertise in the not-for-profit industry, which comprises approximately 90% of the firm’s time. We currently serve around 300 not-for-profit entities in Ohio and throughout the United States.
We are intentional about our service to the not-for-profit industry. Each member of our professional team receives at least 56 hours annually of continuing education. We believe that education and learning never end, and to be of value to our clients, we must simplify the complex environment in which they operate.
We are certified as a participant in Ohio’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program. We value diversity in experience and thought and encourage everyone to contribute to the success of our clients, personal development, and the firm.
