Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Craft concise and persuasive user stories, while defining clear acceptance criteria to effectively capture the product owners' intent for developers, quality analysts, and product owners.
- Engage in close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, product owners, architecture, and design teams to ideate, define, and design features that cater to user needs and elevate the overall user experience.
- Utilize diverse methods, such as customer interviews, questionnaires, surveys, workflow analysis, observation, etc., to discern authentic user requirements from mere requests.
- Actively participate in all facets of the Agile development team, including planning, retrospectives, product demonstrations, and daily stand-ups.
- Organize and conduct user acceptance testing and customer reviews, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Verify test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria and user story objectives.
- Create or review supportive software documentation, including release notes, help documentation, articles, and feature descriptions.
- Cross-functional member of Agile development team.
- Expert knowledge of decomposing product needs to agile user stories.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analysis, Business Administration, MIS, or related fields. 3-7 years of Business Analyst experience. Strong background in software development lifecycle, project management, and business analyst best practices.
