Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to generate leads and engage potential clients effectively.
- Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and honing essential skills.
- Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent.
- Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives.
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients efficiently.
- Utilize a CRM system to ensure accurate and updated customer information for agents.
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments.
Qualifications:
- To qualify for the position of Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Costa Mesa, CA, US, you must hold a valid Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one.
- Previous sales experience is a prerequisite for this role.
- Effective communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients successfully.
- A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $165,000 yearly
