Job Overview
Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, a strong background in financial modeling / business case development, and skills in data analytics and visualization. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting and enhancing reporting capabilities, providing FP&A support for consolidated International segment, and identifying process improvement opportunities across FP&A and the enterprise. They will report to the Finance Director - Corporate FP&A.
This position can be based in our HQ in Frisco, TX or Burlington, MA. Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home)
Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with finance leadership across various teams to develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate potential returns, risks, and opportunities associated with proposed projects.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex financial data and extract meaningful insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Planning
- FP&A support and consolidations for International segment
- Provide support for key executive meetings and stakeholders (e.g. Quarterly Earnings, Board of Directors, etc.)
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in reports, adhering to established reporting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, incorporating input from various departments.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize working capital management and support liquidity planning.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis
- General knowledge of accounting and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis required (e.g. Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with executive level; ability to distill complex financial topics into executive-level insights / presentations (e.g. in PowerPoint)
- Audit-level attention to detail with ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
- Excels working under pressure, meets deadlines, and is able to work flexible hours
- Prior experience with SAP and Planning Analytics (or other planning / reporting tools) a plus
- Experience working in / with multinational corporations and CPG industry a plus
