About the Role:
As a Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst, reporting to Sr. Director of Analytics and working under Finance, you will be trusted to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain executive level reports and dashboards to support business in highlighting actionable insights. The successful candidate will have data warehouse experience and is a Tableau expert in the dashboard creation process from wireframing to building.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards to monitor the performance of our various business units and products. Fine details into visuals like selection of the visual and formatting is important.
- Experience working with large datasets and migration of legacy reports to new platform reports.
- Ability to design, develop and implement complex, visually compelling, and actionable interactive worksheets, reports, dashboards, views, and visualizations using Tableau.
- Design and develop analytical models by integrating both internal and external data sources. Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer and serve as a technical expert. Ability to author functional and technical specifications as well as other required documentation.
- Aptly participate and collaborate in business requirement meetings, and provide reports and updates as directed by PM. Expertise in ensuring that proper testing and quality control processes are established, implemented, and followed to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Mastery of ensuring BI solution(s) compliance and data security. Ability to develop and maintain operational documentation for ongoing maintenance.
What You'll Need:
- 7 years of experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions using Tableau.
- Demonstrated business presentation abilities, effectively communicating complex analytic outcomes to fulfill business requirements.
- 2 years of experience within the last five (5) years of Structured Query Language (SQL) & PL/SQL programming in Snowflake/Oracle or other databases.
- 2 years of experience within the last five (5) years developing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
- Tableau Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Understanding basic concepts of SaaS metrics
- Humble
