Responsibilities:

Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables staff.
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulation.
Any other role requested and deemed necessary by members of the management team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently on complex tasks under time pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
