Responsibilities:
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables staff.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulation.
- Any other role requested and deemed necessary by members of the management team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently on complex tasks under time pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
