We thrive on creating opportunities and maximizing value for our clients and partners. We are seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team as we continue to expand.
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure real estate investment opportunities that align with our strategic growth objectives. You will lead a team of Acquisition Associates and Lead Managers to facilitate opportunity intake and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Pipeline: Grow and manage your pipeline through our proprietary lead generation system daily.
- Property Valuation: Evaluate properties using comparable comps and due diligence on conditions, zoning, and other factors.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with sellers and real estate brokers to secure favorable deals.
- Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, coordinating with legal, financial, and operational teams.
- Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and agents.
- Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports for owners.
EXPERIENCE AND COMPENSATION
- Experience Required: 2-3+ years of real estate, sales, and/or management experience preferred.
- Training Provided: Training provided by ownership.
- Salary: $75,000 plus commission.
- Commission Expectation: Year 1: $30,000; Year 2: $45,000; Year 3: $50,000-100,000.
Must have or be willing to obtain a RE Salesperson License in the future. We can assist you in getting your license.
