Join us as a Space and Floor Implementation Consultant, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers in a consultancy relationship during the implementation project to understand and optimize customer business processes.
- Identify business process improvement opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, and maximize operational efficiencies using RELEX software. Understand the impact across various retail functions, including supply chain planning, demand forecasting, space and assortment, and business analytics. Discuss pros and cons of potential solutions to aid customers in decision making.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for micro space management, macro floor planning, and assortment planning. Guide customers to adopt RELEX software based on industry trends and RELEX project and product best practices.
- Perform business insights and problem-solving activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level. Perform root-cause analysis on issues to prevent issues.
- Gather business requirements from customers to build software configurations, support deployment, and train customers and end user processes and functionality.
- Configure Macro Floor Planning Tool, including fixtures, fixture hierarchy, departments, aisles, and merchandising, based on customer business requirements and specifications.
- Configure Micro Space Planning Tool, including highlights, datasheets, labels, workflows, and validations based on customer business requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with customers to support achieving their business goals. Use established processes to capture and track identified Key Performance Indicators.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience as an implementation consultant for retail space planning software is required.
- Experience in retail space planning, retail floor planning (including AutoCAD), space optimization (micro or macro), category management, or assortment planning.
- Academic record in Category Management, Retail Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or other relevant subject expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to interact confidently with both customer leadership and end users.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with interest in growing the business.
- Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to travel up to 25%-50%.

- Experience in working in grocery, CPG, FMCG retailer, or supplier.
- Excellent communication skills in English (English and Spanish considered as a Bonus).
