Position Summary
We are looking for a technically savvy Subject Matter Expert who possesses a strong drive for results.
Duties for this position will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
The correct candidate should be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, handle customer requests, and address customer concerns.
Successful candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, possess specialized knowledge in a retail point of sale environment, be self-motivated, and be a fast learner.
Subject Matter Expert is the main focal point between the customer and the company!
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- Experience in technical post-sales/support engineering, consulting, and/or other customer-facing roles consulting on, delivering technical products or services.
- Experience in Internet technologies, standards, and protocols, including SQL, scripts, Web architecture and design, XML, and JSON formatting.
- Thorough understanding and experience in retail solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical programming background, Web Services experience a plus.
- Experience with hosting or developing Internet delivered applications, managed security services, enterprise and data center networks.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills are essential. Being capable of managing workflow, building relationships, asking questions, being flexible, positive, and accepting changes are critical to achieving professional success in this job position.
