Structural Buildings is a leader in designing and constructing a wide array of building types throughout Minnesota and the surrounding 5 State area. Our expertise ranges from post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, and tilt-up concrete buildings, allowing us to provide the best type of building for our customer's project. We have offices located in Becker MN, Crosslake MN and Frederic WI. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.
As a Sales Consultant at Structural Buildings, your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
- Participating in ongoing training initiatives
- Promptly following up on customer leads
- Collaborating with customers to assess their needs
- Providing education on our products and services
- Offering personalized recommendations
- Ensuring that purchase agreements are accurate and complete
- Performing project estimating and monitoring project progress
- Managing any change orders that may arise
Our ideal candidate has proven work experience as a sales consultant, general knowledge of construction processes, and is competent with laptops and smartphones. Previous experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
