Senior Underwriting Consultant
The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Underwriting Consultant with a history of making sound underwriting decisions, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and analyzing insurance applications and risk factors to determine the appropriate coverage and premiums.
- Reviewing and interpreting complex insurance policies and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Providing guidance and support to junior underwriters and underwriting staff.
- Communicating with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify underwriting requirements, and negotiate terms.
