Overview:
The Senior Associate, Investment is responsible for executing strategies developed by Managers and Associate Directors including negotiating scatter needs, analyzing the need for AD weight, and implementing allocation and billing tools to facilitate smooth transition from buy to air. Providing training and guidance of the Associates in all aspects of their responsibilities is critical.
Role Objectives:
- Develop and deliver POV/position papers on key issues/opportunities
- Oversee brand allocations and corporate ownership
- Manage Tardiis allocations
- Check that schedules are inputted correctly
- Create documents for Mission Control
- Review/assist in post buy analysis
- Analyze ADU packages
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of traditional media buying expertise, national broadcast preferred.
Experience in media buying tools like Prisma, preferred.
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Acquisition and branding background and familiarity/proficiency with the following systems/tools:
Mediaocean, MBox, Third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g. Integral Ad Science), PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate work.
Demonstrates leadership skills.
