As a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Portfolio, you will be responsible for the global real estate portfolio. Your expertise will drive our global workplace program's strategic planning and management. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will optimize the portfolio for cost and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
- Portfolio Planning: Ensure the strategic vision of the Global Real Estate and Facilities Management groups aligns with business goals. Develop and maintain real estate portfolio benchmarking, evaluation processes, and optimization strategies.
- Data Analysis and Review: Utilize data and analytics to review headcounts, leasing details, square footage, and other key metrics, ensuring our real estate plans align with regional and global business strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to understand and address real estate needs. Present portfolio insights to regional leads and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
We're Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in real estate, portfolio planning, financial analysis, project management, or workplace program management within a large organization.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, identify opportunities/trends from complex data, and translate them into strategic portfolio plans.
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in understanding and communicating key financial management metrics and creating/analyzing real estate financial models.
