Requirements:
- 8-14 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
- Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent academic record and proficient writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Superior judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active Bar license in Nebraska.
