Job Summary
FreeWheel is hiring a VP of AudienceXpress (AX) based in NYC who will report into FreeWheel’s US Chief Revenue Officer. In this position you will manage and drive revenue for all of AX’s US media sales and the teams responsible for the sales, operations, service and inventory optimization. Additionally, the role will work cross-functionally within FW and across Comcast Advertising to develop and implement sales strategies; craft messaging and go-to-market approach and develop key buy-side relationships at the agency and brand/marketer level. Candidates should have deep understanding of business strategy, sales planning, strong senior-level Agency Holding Co relationships as well as extensive intel on marketplace trends and conditions related to seasonality and cadence of upfront and scatter markets in the TV, digital and programmatic landscape.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own revenue responsibility for AX
- Set strategies for revenue attainment, inventory acquisition and yield optimization
- Manage, inspire, develop, recruit and mentor their organization made up of sales, operations, account management and inventory teams. Lead the team to think creatively and progressively about growth opportunities, proactively influence and advocate for deals/projects/initiatives and streamline internal processes/procedures as needed.
- Drive sales strategy to execute against revenue goals working directly with key marketing, product, operations, partnerships and other FreeWheel departments
- Assist with variable compensation plans ensuring alignment between comp plans and revenue goals
- Work closely with Finance to generate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts via management of reliable pipeline
- Represent AX and FreeWheel at industry events, press and panel opportunities
- Elevate AX’s visibility and value proposition through establishing targeted senior-level list of clients
- Budget management and monitoring of AX financial health
- Drive top line revenue and manage margin to achieve quarterly and annual goals
ABOUT YOU:

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $326,685.60 - $490,028.40
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $180,000
