You will support the execution of the Wholesale Strategy for North America to maximize impact while supporting objectives across all categories of business by refining future strategies, operating models, and key milestones. You have an interest and passion for business & strategy development, analytics, partnership negotiations, and project oversight. You have a passion for storytelling and can present in a crisp manner to tell the brand volume story while balancing the art and science. This role has key partners across Sales, Planning, Marketing, IT, Finance, Logistics, Direct to Consumer, Field Team, and external partners, so we are looking for a strong collaborator and partner.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is…atypical. As an individual contributor, you’ll be responsible for refining the global partnership strategy to evolve brand experience online and in-store while leveraging customer insights to tailor our strategy and investments (Marketing, Product, Activations) in order to support our brand acquisition and loyalty goals. This role will support our progress in outlining and proposing merchandising opportunities within existing and new classifications, based on market research through tracking and measuring against market share goals. In addition, determine opportunities to evolve beyond existing business models while supporting financial risks and leveraging best practices across partners, industry, and amongst competitive brand set.
To Land This Role:
- 10+ years’ experience working in consulting or dynamic retail organizations
- Bachelor’s Degree and MBA strongly preferred
- Prior experience managing LRP/Annual planning preferred
- Experience with expense oversight, ROI analysis, CRM analysis, and customer insights preferred
- Former Project Management experience (including research, analysis and assessment, recommendations and implementation) supporting strategic cross-functional projects preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate both direct and adjacent teams
- Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 150,000.00 USD - 175,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
