Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or business development for enterprise customers and/or government
- Hands-on approach in leading sales and meeting quotas and commercial KPIs
- In-depth knowledge of how CISOs / IT Security Managers / L&D Managers/ HR Leaders work and think
- Experience in working and identifying grants and RFPs
- At least 3 years of sales leadership experience as a Sales Manager, Director, Area Manager, VP of sales or a similar role, managing other team members
- Self-starter with a “Can-do” attitude and high standards of professionalism and work ethics
- Evidence of top performance (regularly exceeding Quota, President’s Club etc.)
- Master’s degree in business (MBA) or in cybersecurity/IT
- Resides at the east coast with the ability to travel locally and internationally
Responsibilities
- The VP will work closely with the company’s leadership, as well as the various departments at HQ, in order to meet the commercial goals of the company
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global commercial strategy with an emphasis on the North American market, aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Build and manage a small team of Sales/Business Development Managers and help them hit their quota by generating new opportunities and closing deals
- Identify and target new business opportunities, sectors, and industries within North America and the global market to expand the company's market presence
- Work, maintain and build relationships with major Distributors and Partners
- Establish a strong sales pipeline while maintaining ongoing relationships with customers/partners and a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Ensure the information flow around sales activities by utilizing the company’s CRM and other information systems, providing forecasts, analysis, and market intelligence to ensure a competitive edge over the defined sales targets
- Stay updated on cyber industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape
- Represent ThriveDX at relevant industry events and conferences
- Support product development by providing authentic feedback from the market

The VP Sales role is to drive the company’s global expansion (with a main focus on the North American Market) in offering enterprises our various workforce & training solutions, representing years of experience in the cybersecurity training domain.
