Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Internal Audit, this position will participate in the planning, execution, and reporting of financial, operational, and compliance audits, including the development of the audit approach and audit program test steps. This role will identify potential audit findings, investigate their root causes, and understand their business impact.
Responsibilities
An organized individual focused on process improvement, teamwork, communication, and delivering results is necessary. Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct internal audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.
- Participate in kick-off and closing meetings with management of audited entities.
- Communicate with audited entities to obtain necessary information and documentation.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of auditing experience is required.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate results in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA, CPA, and/or Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
- Experience with SAP is required; IDEA and Pentana are preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to produce quality results within tight timeframes.
- Willing to travel approximately 30% (domestic and international).
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
