Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities

Supervise 5-7 Directors
Recruit, train and supervise staff including medical, administrative and support personnel
Oversee day to day operations of the clinic
Develop and implement policies
Manage budgets, financial performance
Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans
Monitor industry trends
Oversee billing and coding
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

Chief Operating Officer Qualifications

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, administration or related field required - Master's degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in healthcare management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven financial management and budgeting expertise
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
The ability to work with physicians, staff, and professionals in multiple settings and locations
