Position Responsibilities:
The Vice President will lead the Enterprise Data Team, spearheading initiatives to enhance data protection and privacy. Responsibilities encompass strategizing, implementing, and overseeing the data loss prevention (DLP) strategy, offering support, monitoring and analyzing DLP alerts, collaborating with stakeholders, managing the Privacy Office, contributing to risk assessment, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Security, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data management, protection, or governance, preferably in Financial Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP, DLP, Defender for Cloud, Insider Risk Management), and experience with SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive self-starter with exceptional communication abilities
