Our client is a real estate investment firm looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who will report to the Director of Asset Management. The Financial Analyst will be charged with supporting and/or leading various financial analysis & reporting needed to support the growth and oversight of the medical office portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and financial modeling efforts in support of material leasing transactions across the office’s portfolio.
- Assist in underwriting and lead modeling for portfolio investments such as redevelopments and revenue generating capex.
- Assist the Office Asset Management teams in the creation of presentations for the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership, Management/Investment Committees, Dispositions, and Redevelopments.
- Support the office’s portfolio initiatives such as strategic planning, segmentation, and industry/competitor benchmarking.
- Assist with the office’s segments monthly & quarterly financial reporting and annual budgeting process.
- Create tools, modeling, and presentation templates to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of asset management function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate or related field.
- 2-3 years of financial analysis experience within the commercial real estate industry.
- Familiarity with financial statements.
- Extensive Excel spreadsheet/modeling and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of general finance, accounting, and leasing for commercial real estate.
Salary Range
$80,000-$95,000
