The Role
Manage the ongoing operations for the USTA implementation of Serve Tennis (USTA's Digital Platform/Suite of Provider Tools) with a concentration on growing and serving the USTA's Courtbooking & Smart Access modules.
Serve Tennis Platform - Court Booking/Smart Access
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Court Booking & Smart Access modules in Serve Tennis.
- Support USTA Smart Access adoption by managing various regions of the U.S. market for things such as securing Smart lock installers, assessing provider readiness to implement Smart Access and onboarding of providers on to the Serve Tennis platform.
- Liaise with our Smart Access supplier to track smart access fabrication and delivery such that provider expectations are managed with regard to delivery, cost, maintenance, install, etc.
Serve Tennis
- Lead initiative to further develop and rollout Serve Tennis (court booking, smart court access, membership, etc).
- Prioritize development roadmap aimed at bringing providers on who need a court booking and/or Smart Access solution.
- Support testing, pilots, feedback and findings for Serve Tennis modules.
- Liaise with USTA Sections, Districts, and CTAs to ensure Serve Tennis Classic meets the needs of their court booking and smart access usage.
Additional
- Facilitate future enhancements between stakeholders and technology team.
- Liaise with USTA & section staff/committees to ensure Court Booking product meets the needs of providers.
- Work with section leadership to train section staff and providers on the Court Booking platform.
- Work directly with USTA Sales & Industry team and sections to take feedback from the field to inform product feature prioritization.
- Attend major conferences to support in the adoption of court booking and Smart Access within the serve tennis platform.
- Assist with rollout of USTA High School module of Serve Tennis as needed.
- Contribute to other USTA Technology projects as needed.
Who You Are
- Previous experience with digital product management, development, or sales.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Background in tennis or relationships within tennis industry a plus.
- This position is designated as 'hybrid/flex' and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy.
- This position is considered exempt.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $60,000-65,000.
This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
