As Senior Manager, Strategy Deployment & Business Operations, you’ll report to the Head of Strategy & Business Operations and lead facilitation of key business operations processes and routines within the Kimberly-Clark Professional North America (NA) business with a heavy emphasis on execution, analytics, and performance improvement. In this role, you will also lead end-to-end coordination and development of Kimberly-Clark Professional NA’s long range business plan. Additionally, this role will support implementation of numerous ad hoc strategic initiatives by working with key business leaders throughout the North America business. Work is strongly influenced by the President and CFO of Kimberly-Clark Professional NA as well as NA functional leaders. This is an individual contributor role but may manage a broad scope of cross-functional team members depending on the project. This is a hybrid role based at Kimberly-Clark’s Roswell, GA location.
In this role, you will:
Strategic Planning: Facilitate the Kimberly-Clark Professional NA long range planning cycle (SBP) in conjunction with the broader Enterprise timeline and work across Kimberly-Clark Professional NA teams to develop the plan. The plan will be grounded in insights and ultimately inform adjustments to existing strategies and levels of investment/resource allocation based upon new learnings and changes in the competitive environment.
Strategic Projects: Provide strategic analytical support for key Enterprise initiatives and prioritized projects and workshops as determined by Kimberly-Clark Professional NA Leadership Team. This individual will provide thought leadership, project support, and act as a knowledge resource in the areas of market insights, commercial analytics, and ABU financial reporting.
Annual Objective Setting: Lead annual Kimberly-Clark Professional NA objective setting process to facilitate achievement of business unit goals and alignment across functional teams in conjunction with Enterprise aspiration. Furthermore, this individual will lead work that contributes to business unit prioritization processes, score carding, and metrics tracking to ensure proper prioritization and progress related to commercial initiatives.
NA Leadership Team and Business Unit Routines: Work closely with a broad array of internal stakeholders that will include cross-functional teams and the North America Leadership Team (NALT) to deploy key business operations processes and meetings in alignment with overall NA segment routines. Specifically, this role will be responsible for owning the agenda for NALT meetings, facilitating NALT offsites, supporting material development for key ABU communications (e.g., summits, townhalls, customer meetings), and ensuring Kimberly-Clark Professional NA operating cadence maximizes organizational effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years’ experience in consumer or strategy focused role or another equivalent combination of education and experience (i.e. business operations and / or chief of staff roles).
Experience in management consulting firms and/or CPG industry experience in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other roles with strategic content.
Effective communicator able to build credibility and be a trusted voice with leadership and key stakeholders on market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and initiatives impacting company performance. Advanced PowerPoint / deck-writing skills; capable of catering a message appropriately to diverse stakeholder audiences.
Demonstrated ability developing and executing strategic initiatives that result in enterprise-wide transformational change and value creation.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the potential strategic opportunities facing Kimberly-Clark; well-grounded and pragmatic.
Project Management proficiency with ability to scope projects, deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets, etc.
Analytical expertise with data and ability to communicate data-derived insights clearly and effectively.
Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization, where working across boundaries and leading through influence are keys to success considered a plus.
Ability to interface, communicate with, and influence multiple functions and leadership levels.
